Fitness has always been personal to me.
I grew up around sports—baseball, football—and from early on I knew I wanted to coach. Not just train people, but actually help them improve, feel better, and build something real.
Over time, that evolved into something deeper.
Movement isn’t just exercise—it’s how we live, how we feel, and how we show up every day.
To me, movement is both science and expression. There’s structure to it, but there’s also flow. When your body moves well, everything else improves with it.

Hi, I’m Seth Dayton,
Prior to and since graduating Eastern Connecticut State University with a Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science and minor in coaching; for the last 7+ years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients in clinical, private, and group fitness settings throughout Connecticut ranging from post-rehab seniors to aspiring athletes at the D1 level, helping them both, gain and reclaim strength, mobility, and confidence through smart, sustainable training. I am now bringing my expertise to Winsted, Torrington, Avon CT and the nearby areas. I hold certifications from leading organizations including ACSM, NASM, and Precision Nutrition, and I’m proud to carry the Exercise is Medicine® credential as well — a reflection of my belief that movement is not just about looking better but living better.
I specialize in personalized functional strength, corrective movement, mobility restoration, and sustainable nutrition coaching. After years in both large gyms and clinical rehab settings, I now focus on coaching clients 1-on-1 and in small groups, blending science-backed techniques with a client-first mentality.
