Seth developed for me sets of weight and functional excercises that are keeping my body and joints strong. I know how to fall safely(experienced it on one of my backwards falls where I tucked my head in and rolled on my side without injury). So far I'm able to enjoy outdoor sports of hiking, skiing; and gardening. I'm able to go on long airplane or car rides with little or no discomfort to get to my destinations. I'm continuing on my own using the sets of weight exercises and functional exercises Seth designed for me.
